He’s been embedded in agencies, engaged on long-term contracts with brands, advised start-ups and even launched a few of his own.

HISTORY

media-virusIn 1994, Justin helped coordinate a campaign that utilised the early web to raise awareness about a cause and ferment action. It was covered by The Guardian and other news media, which helped kick-start a career in what has become the digital marketing industry.

journeyTwo and half year capability building consultancy for USA-based full-service digital agency whose clients included eBay, Facebook and Google (prior to their acquisition in 2016). Helped create new content service offering, develop their agency proposition, raise international profile and drive European expansion.

YOOSTER: 2006-2011

yoosterCoocreated Customer Engagement platform with panel of 50,000 influential consumers and ran large-scale programmes for International and National Brands in Australia and UK. Demonstrated double-digit sales growth and discovered insights about advocacy, influence and (dis)loyalty published in academic and industry journals.

VIRAL + BUZZ MARKETING: 1999-2006

POWERGEN: 1996-1999
