Our structured educational workshops - which have been used by the likes of P&G, the Portuguese Marketing Association and Sky - ‘teach staff to fish’, providing professionals in roles that include brand marketing, product management, marketing communications, R&D, training, strategic planning, innovation, CRM and at Board-level with new or increased customer-centric marketing capabilities.
The private group workshops include a knowledge transfer session, and a participatory brainstorming session during which people put their newfound CM knowledge into practice on test case projects and receive expert guidance and evaluation. The point is to develop new skills in-house and know why, with whom and when to apply them for business advantage.
We also provide our workship services to training companies who need to call on specialist CM training on an ad hoc partner basis for clients.
