Justin is joint editor and co-author of the 2006 book ‘Connected Marketing: The Viral, Buzz and Word of Mouth Revolution’, which has 17 international contributors and has been published in English and Russian (2007). He has also planned and produced podcast interviews with many of the ‘movers and shakers’ in the CM field, including women’s market expert Andrea Learned, Joseph Matheny, one of the founding fathers of Alternate Reality Gaming, customer loyalty expert Tim Keiningham, and Professor Frank T. Piller, an academic and consultant specialising in mass customisation and open innovation.
Justin also manages the CM Networking Group on LinkedIn, enabling him to communicate with over 1,000 professional people with experience of adopting a connect-and-collaborate approach to relationships with their customers and consumers.
